Instructor: Cain Yentzer Ages 18+ 10 classes, Tuesdays This class is for students who have finished learning Zheng Man Qing’s 37 Movements. Focusing in on practicing the form as a group, the instructor will go into finer the finer details of the internal aspects of Tai-Chi.
Ages 18+ Instructor: Cain Yentzer 10 classes In this class, students begin the two-person exercise called Push-Hands. The student will learn how to yield to an opponent as well as how to release energy.
