In this interconnected, four-part series you’ll learn how to excel in the 4 domains of leadership which are key to developing your leadership skills and swagger and are designed to help you grow yourself professionally, and become an indispensable to whatever team you are on. PART 4: Strategic Thinking In this final part of this series, you'll learn to stretch your thinking and see what's ahead. When your organization needs someone to keep everyone on task, absorb a lot of information and help the team make better decisions they rely (almost exclusively) in leaders with this vital skill set.
