The following flyer information is being disseminated by Frederick Police Department personnel regarding the Lamont Ellis homicide this weekend.:
On Sunday morning, 09-30-12, at approx 1:53 AM, the Frederick Police Department received calls for shots fired in the 100 block of West All Saints Street. Upon arriving in the area, officers discovered a male victim in Mullenix Alley, adjacent to West All Saints St, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim was identified as Lamont George-Lee Ellis, a 36 year old male, from Frederick, MD.
This case is actively being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Frederick Police Department.
