On 10-02-12, at approximately 1915 hours, Officers with the Frederick Police Patrol Division arrest five for possession of marijuana after responding to a suspicious vehicle call.
On 10-02-12, at approximately 1915 hours, Officers with the Frederick Police Patrol Division arrest five for possession of marijuana after responding to a suspicious vehicle call. OFC S. Stream and Ofc. Alger of the Frederick Police Department's Patrol Division responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at a church located in the 7000 block of Opossumtown Pike. When the officers arrived, they located a vehicle secreted to the far rear of the church occupied by five young adults. When the officers approached the vehicle, the officers could smell what they knew to be burning marijuana. Upon further investigation, it was determined the occupants had pulled to the rear of the lot to smoke marijuana. A quantity of marijuana was seized from the middle consul of the vehicle.
All five occupants were arrested and taken to Central Booking at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center where they were being processed at the time of this release.
