On 08/15/2012 at approx. 0225 hrs, FPD was contacted about a subject that had damaged a fence and stolen a lawn mower in the area of the 1100BLK of Providence Ct. The subject was still in the area and located by Officers after she and the lawn mower had fallen into a ditch. The investigation determined that the subject, later identified as Janice Bethea of the 400 BLK of Main St, Middletown, broke several boards on a fence to gain access to the yard and then pushed the lawn mower out of the yard. Bethea was then taken into custody and later taken to Central Booking.
