The Frederick Police Department has charged a subject with multiple sex offenses.
In February 2023, Detective Sharpe of the Frederick Police Department began an investigation involving internet crimes against children. The suspect in the investigation was identified as, Andrew Buckley Rosenfield.
Detective Sharpe authored and was granted search and seizure warrants for Rosenfeld’s residence and vehicle. September 15, 2023, members of the Frederick Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit executed the search and seizure warrants and evidence was located that later resulted in several sex offense-related charges on Rosenfield.
Charges were applied for, and Rosenfeld was issued a criminal summons by the District Court Commissioner’s Office.
