The Frederick Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a missing female. Kayla Angela Pilgrim is a 19-year-old female and is described as being approximately 5’6” to 5’8” in height, 250 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair. Ms. Pilgram was last seen on September 6, 2023 where she advised her family that she was going to Frederick Community College for a class.
