Members of the Frederick Police Department's Downtown Unit arrest Andrew James Gamble for littering.
On 07/20/12 at approximately 2134 Hrs members of the Frederick Police Department's Downtown Unit were conducting surveillance of the shopping center in the area of 501 N. East Street. The Frederick Police have received several complaints from the property manager and businesses at this location in reference to panhandling, littering, and alcohol offenses.
After a short time members witnessed an individual who was later identified as Andrew James Gamble litter. OFC K. Jones approached and arrested Gamble. Gamble was then transported to central booking for processing without incident.
