As we transition from 2023 Spring to Fall Athletic Season, please be sure to remit your Spring Invoice payment before utilizing the Fall dates. If there were dates the field was closed, please email your list of field closure dates to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification and removal from your invoice. Please check to ensure you submitted a valid certificate of insurance along with your Fall requests. The City requires: one million general liability, two million aggregate with The City of Frederick, 101 N Court Street, Frederick, MD 21701 as the certificate holder and listed as additional insured. If you did not upload your insurance, please email it to email@example.com. Once scheduling has been completed for all requests submitted prior to the deadline, the re-opening of online applications will be posted to the public notification system. Individual applicants will not be notified. If a request was not granted, you will need to reapply through your account for additional field time, you will not automatically be placed on another field/court/day/timeslot.
