Fields/courts may be utilized IF you meet ALL the following criteria:
IF you/league do not have outstanding invoices.
IF your request is marked FIRM in your account.
IF you have submitted a valid certificate of insurance effective through all dates of requests, that meet the following City criteria: The amount of one million dollars, two million dollars aggregate, naming The City of Frederick/101 N Court St/Frederick/MD/21701 as additionally insured. CHECK your insurance to ensure it meets requirements as listed above and then you may email insurance certificates to firstname.lastname@example.org. DO NOT TAKE THE FIELD UNLESS YOU HAVE FULFILLED THIS INSURANCE REQUREMENT.

Loats and McCurdy requests still need some adjustments.
Unfortunately, not all requests could be accommodated. This mostly occurs when you have requested a field upon which there is already a historic, priority user.
Online registration will reopen soon - potentially sometime next week.
