Organizations are not permitted to use City fields or courts unless they have submitted certificate of insurance valid thru all dates of use which meets the City's requirements of:
All established organizations must complete the application and include a certificate of insurance in the amount of one million dollars, two million dollars aggregate, naming The City of Frederick/101 N Court St/Frederick/MD/21701 as additionally insured. This was to be submitted at time of application. Only a few organizations submitted them, and of those, few met the requirements.
