The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing female, Leilani Khiyane Robb. Robb is from Frederick, Maryland, and has been missing since December 21st, 2021. Loved ones have reported that her last known location was in the 2000 Block of Tuscarora Valley Ct. Frederick, Frederick County.
