On 07/01/12 at approximately 2033 hours Officer Kevin Meyer was on routine patrol in a marked police vehicle in the area of Baughman’s Lane. Officer Meyer observed a vehicle pass him and the driver had a look of panic on her face as she saw him. He got behind vehicle and it immediately pulled into a parking lot, the vehicle attempted to elude him numerous times. The driver eventually pulled into in a parking lot and parked. Officer Meyer approached to do a field inquiry and observed CDS paraphernalia and could smell the odor of marijuana. Officer Meyer asked the driver if there was anything in the vehicle he should know about and she produced a blunt with suspected marijuana. The driver was arrested and transported to Central Booking.
