On Tuesday July 20, 2021, Officers from the Frederick Police Department located 34-year-old male Dominic Lull, who had been missing since Monday July 19, 2021. Lull was safe and unharmed.
At approximately noon on Monday, FPD received a report of a male who was experiencing a mental health crisis and had access to firearms. The department responded to Lull's residence in the 800 Block of Stratford where they determined he was not in the residence.
Upon locating Lull Tuesday afternoon, officers quickly determined that he did not have any weapons or firearms on him.
