Meeting Scheduled to Discuss Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility

In an ongoing effort to provide quality wireless service, Milestone Towers, AT&T and T-Mobile have filed a Conditional Use application for a 165-foot-tall wireless telecommunications facility (monopole) at Butterfly Lane (6129 Butterfly Lane, Frederick, MD 21703). The proposal includes a monopole and ground equipment required to operate the facility. This equipment will be located at the base of the structure in a securely fenced area. AT&T and T-Mobile will be the first wireless carriers to relocate on the proposed tower.

To share more and hear from the community, Milestone Towers is holding a virtual public meeting on Monday, August 2, 2021, at 6:30 PM. The meeting will begin with a short informational presentation on the proposed development, followed by public questions and comments. Registration in advance is required for this webinar: http://www.butterflylanewireless.com/town-hall/. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information about joining the webinar.

To view more information regarding this project, including the proposed location, visual specs, and more about the approval process, visit Milestone's project website at http://www.butterflylanewireless.com/.
