On today's date the Frederick Police Department arrested a subject for a residential burglary.
On Thursday June 28, 2012 at approximately 0319 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the first block of College Avenue for the report of a burglary that had just occurred. Upon arrival officers found that an intoxicated male had walked into a residence that was not his and refused to leave. OFC Wheeler arrived on scene and located the man inside, who was later identified as Derrick John Ensor. OFC Wheeler placed Ensor under arrest without incident. Ensor was transported to central booking, where he was awaiting a hearing before a District Court Commissioner. No property was damaged and no one was injured during the incident. The arrestee’s information and charges are as follows:
