Due to Winter Storm Orlena's continued impact, The City of Frederick offices/facilities (including Talley Rec Fitness Center) and non-essential operations will open at 10 AM tomorrow, Tuesday, February 2, 2021 (with liberal leave in effect for employees). A re-evaluation is planned for 8AM, at which time changes will be announced if applicable.
Trash pick-up for Tuesday will remain as scheduled. Please do not put your collection bin directly in the street but as close as possible.
The City thanks the community for their patience and care during our response to Winter Storm Orlena. Please remain alert on roadways, shovel safely, and watch for slick sidewalks and potential refreezing overnight.
