FREDERICK POLICE DEPARTMENT - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

January 20, 2021  

FREDERICK, MD – On January 15, 2021, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) began investigating a missing person case in reference to a juvenile, Ester Joana Clemente, a 15 year old female. The reporting person had last seen her at 1430 hrs, in the area of Belford Ct. in Frederick on 1/15/2021. At this time, there is no information to believe that foul play is involved. 

The Frederick Police Department is asking anyone with information about Ester Joana Clemente’s whereabouts to contact us 24/7 at 301-600-2102. Detective Radtke is investigating; he can be reached at #240-549-4579. Those who wish to remain anonymous can contact the department’s tip lines:
