Share Your Feedback on Accessory Dwelling Units

The Mayor and Board of Alderman are currently conducting conversations about the future use of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the City.  At this time, there is no resolution presented for review or vote as staff continues to research based on discussion to date.

The City encourages residents and community members to remain active in this conversation, to ask questions, and provide feedback. Now through January 28, 2021, residents can submit feedback on features of ADU policy.

Additional information is available at frederickmd.gov/adus.  For questions, please contact Joe Adkins, Director of Planning, at jadkins@cityoffrederickmd.gov.
