FREDERICK, MD – At 11:15 a.m. on October 4, 2020, a City of Frederick resident contacted the Frederick Police Department (FPD) about a threatening letter she had received. The resident reported that an unidentified male placed the letter on her house overnight on October 4, at about 4:25 a.m.  The resident’s doorbell camera recorded the male on the porch.  The threatening letter was political in nature.
