Over the weekend, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) received information that Ms. Parker had returned home.  An officer made contact with Ms. Parker to check her welfare, and verified that she was okay. The FPD thanks the community for their assistance in closing cases.

Frederick Police Seek Assistance Locating Missing Woman

FREDERICK, MD – On September 9, 2020, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) opened a missing person case in reference to Tonieka Chanel Parker, a 31 year-old female. The reporting person last had contact with Ms. Parker on the evening of September 1, and believes she may be in Hagerstown, Maryland.  Ms. Parker is approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and about 170 pounds.  She has brown eyes and brown hair.  Please see the attached picture.
