Upcoming Demonstrations in Downtown Area

The City of Frederick is expecting additional Black Lives Matter demonstrations this Saturday, June 20, 2020, in the downtown area. In addition to the Market Street road closure for Pop-Up Dining, temporary road closures may occur on Church, East, Fourth, and Bentz streets. The Frederick Police Department is scheduling staff to accommodate. Note: the planned Juneteenth Block Party has been postponed due to the expected weather.
