Frederick, MD – Mayor Randy McClement has called a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 3:40 PM following the adjournment of the regularly scheduled 3:00 PM Workshop. Both meetings will take place in in the Boardroom of City Hall. The Special Public Meeting will be called to order at 3:40 PM following the adjournment of the Workshop. SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
A special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen for The City of Frederick will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, beginning at 3:40 PM in the Board Room at City Hall, 101 N. Court Street, Frederick, Maryland for the purpose of considering the following agenda items:
I. CALL TO ORDER
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. PUBLIC HEARING – CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF:
1. An Ordinance to Add to the Frederick City Code a New Section, Sec. 6-7.1, Prohibiting Camping in Carroll Creek Linear Park
IV. CITIZEN COMMENTS - This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should talk clearly and directly into the microphone. All comments are limited to a total of five (5) minutes. If you wish to ask a question and want a response, that will become a part of the five (5) minute limit.
