Frederick Police Officers make an arrest for possession of marijuana.
On 05/30/2012, at approximately 1:45 pm, Officers of the Frederick Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of West Patrick Street for speeding. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Kenneth Michael Hensley. During the course of the traffic stop a police K9 responded and conducted a sniff of the vehicle. The K9 alerted to the presence of drugs within the vehicle and Hensley was placed under arrest. During a search of the vehicle officers discovered suspected marijuana and a pipe used to smoke marijuana.
Hensley was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
