[ARCHIVED] Frederick Police Seeks Public's Assistance in Identifying Shoplifter

Walmart Theft

The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person who stole several items from the Walmart located on 2421 Monocacy Boulevard on September 20, 2018, at approximately 3-3: 30 pm.  The person was described as a black male wearing a LA Dodgers baseball hat, thick black glasses, and a Pulp Fiction t-shirt. 

Please see the attached picture that that shows the person pulling a shopping cart with several unpaid items from the store.  He was last seen in a white four-door vehicle with three other occupants.
