The Frederick Police Department charged a juvenile for an assault that occurred Friday afternoon in the 300 Block of Rockwell Terrace. Officers were called to the area after a female jogger was approached and assaulted by a juvenile male suspect. The victim was able to fight off the suspect, who was later identified by investigators. The victim sustained minor injuries. The juvenile has been apprehended and charged with the below listed offenses.
