Frederick Police have arrested the suspect from a commercial burglary at The Gun Center that occurred on, December 16th.
Frederick Police have arrested the suspect from a commercial burglary at The Gun Center that occurred on, December 16th. Officers initially responded for a Commercial Alarm at The Gun Center located at 1713 Rosemont Ave. at 312 am. Upon arrival officers observed that the front window of the business had been broken out. Officers also learned that the suspect attempted to enter the store and then fled the scene prior to officers arrival. Further investigation identified the suspect as a Dylan Richard Fox. Officer also learned that nothing was taken from the business.
Later, on 12/18/2017 at approximately 12:15 am, officers from the Frederick Police Patrol Division observed the suspect in the area of the 1600 blk of Rosemont Ave. Fox was placed under arrest without incident and transported to Central Booking and charged with the following charges listed below.
