[ARCHIVED] Frederick Police respond to Destruction of Property

On 10/2/2017 Off Hamilton with the Frederick Police was dispatched to 40 S Carroll St, the Delaplaine Arts Center, for a destruction of property call.

On 10/2/2017 Off Hamilton with the Frederick Police was dispatched to 40 S Carroll St, the Delaplaine Arts Center, for a destruction of property call. It was reported that the subjects in the attached picture threw a can of paint off the top deck of the E All Saints St Parking deck onto the street between the parking deck and the Delaplaine Art center. Video footage from the E All saints parking deck captured one of these subjects carrying a can of paint in the parking deck.
