Rotary Club of Carroll Creek to Host PAL Santa Day
FREDERICK, MD – The Rotary Club of Carroll Creek will be holding its 11th Annual PAL Santa Day on Saturday, December 2nd from 11 am to 2 pm. The event will be located at the Police Activities League Center located at 111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Frederick, MD.
PAL Santa Day is a free event for youth participants of the Police Activities League program. Youth will have the opportunity to choose gifts for their family and caregivers, create holiday crafts and have lunch with Rotary Club of Carroll Creek volunteers.
The Police Activities League program is a recreation-oriented juvenile crime prevention program that relies heavily on athletics and recreational activities to create and cement the bond between police officers and youth. PAL is a 501-3 (c) non-profit organization run in partnership between the Frederick Police Department and an independent Board of Directors.
