On 6/15/17 at approximately 1208 hours, officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to a call for an armed robbery in the 1100 Block of Keswick Place. An adult male victim told officers he had been robbed at his residence by two adult male suspects, one of whom had threatened him with a weapon. The suspects stole more than $1000 worth of electronics from the victim’s residence.
During the subsequent investigation, Detectives were able to identify the two suspects as 20 year-old Joseph Daniel Smith and 34 year-old Michael Joseph Cocilova, both of Frederick. Both suspects have been apprehended and charged with the below listed offenses.
