Officers with the Frederick Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the first block of S Court St just outside of the police station in the early morning of 12/17/2016. A K-9 sniff of the vehicle was conducted which resulted in a positive alert. Based on this the vehicle was searched. On the passenger side floorboard a backpack was recovered that belonged to the front seat passenger, Harrison Spenser Freeman. Inside the bag was a large quantity of suspected marijuana hash, several containers of THC wax, 104 Xanax pills, suspected cocaine and several thousand dollars in cash. Freeman, of the 3000 Blk of Beach Av in Baltimore, was then placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for further processing.
