City FY16 Budget Meetings Schedule Announced
Proposed FY16 Budget Presented March 25th
Frederick, MD – March 13, 2015: Mayor Randy McClement will present his Proposed FY 2016 Budget at the 3:00 p.m. Workshop on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in the Boardroom at City Hall.
The Board of Aldermen approved the public hearings for discussion of the proposed budget on the dates listed below. Budget hearings will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Annex Building located at 140 West Patrick Street with the exception of Wednesday, May 13th which will begin at 3:00 PM in the Municipal Annex Building. Residents are encouraged to attend and public comment is welcomed.
The FY 2016 Budget and Tax Rate are scheduled to be adopted at the regular public meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on May 21, 2015.
All meetings will be televised live on The City of Frederick Government Cable Channel 99 and streamed on The City of Frederick website at www.cityoffrederick.com.
