[ARCHIVED] Broken Water Pipe on S. Market St

S. Market St at All Saints St is closed to all traffic. A broken water pipe has caused water to flow on the roadway on S. Market St between All Saints St and Carroll Creek. City crews are enroute at this time and it is expected that the road will be closed for several hours to allow personnel to repair the pipe.
