[ARCHIVED] New Year's Eve on the Suspension Bridge over Carroll Creek

On December 31, 2014 the Civitan Club of Frederick has been granted permission to discharge blank muskets from the Suspension Bridge over Carroll Creek. The event will occur only at the stroke of midnight to ring in the New Year.

The Civitan Club has been granted authority for the event under Chapter 15 of The Code of the City of Frederick, Maryland.
