On 10-31-2013, officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the Petco, located at 1275 W. Patrick Street, in reference to an armed robbery. During the robbery, two suspects tied up two store employees, assaulted one with a stun gun, and stole an undisclosed amount of currency from the business. One of the employees sustained minor injuries during the assault.

In February of 2014, Alfred Dorsey Hollaway was charged as being one of the suspects involved in the robbery. Through the course of the investigation, additional evidence and information was obtained, positively identifying two additional suspects in this case. Those suspects were identified as, Dominique Donte Miller and Tyrie Paul Frazier.

Criminal charges were submitted through the District Court Commissioner’s Office charging Miller and Frazier with armed robbery, robbery, theft and assault. On 12-18-14, the Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Team located and arrested Frazier on a criminal warrant in reference to this case. A criminal warrant was also issued for Miller; however, as of this release, Miller has not been located.

The Frederick Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance by encouraging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Dominique Donte Miller to contact the Frederick Police Department at, 301-600-2100, or by contacting their local law enforcement jurisdiction.
