On 05/16/2014 at approximately 1512 hours, members of the Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Team executed a search and seizure warrant at 1717 Carriage Court in Frederick, Maryland in reference to an ongoing joint investigation.
On 05/16/2014 at approximately 1512 hours, members of the Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Team executed a search and seizure warrant at 1717 Carriage Court in Frederick, Maryland in reference to an ongoing joint investigation with the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office regarding a series of residential burglaries which occurred in Frederick City and Frederick County.
As a result of his investigation, OFC Irons obtained a search and seizure warrant for the residence of one of the juvenile suspects for stolen property which may have been contained at that residence.
A number of items of stolen property were recovered from the residence. Some of the property recovered has been identified by police as being taken from a residential burglary which the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating.
Charges have not been filed against the suspects at this time, some of who are juveniles, but will be forthcoming as this investigation continues.
