As a result of an on-going Commercial Burglary investigation that included a Search and Seizure Warrant service on 5-19-14, as well as follow-up interviews, a Frederick man has been charged with felony charges related to the Commercial Burglary.

On today's date, 06-01-14, OFC Geiser with the Frederick Police Department's Patrol Division closed out a Commercial Burglary investigation by obtaining charges via an arrest warrant for Bryan David Gue. The charges were obtained as a result of evidence secured by the below mentioned Search and Seizure warrant. Mr. Gue is currently detained at the Howard County Detention Center on unrelated charges. The arrest warrant has been sent to Howard County Detention officers for service.

On today's date, 05-19-14, OFC S. Geiser with the Frederick Police Department's Patrol Division was able to obtain a Search and Seizure Warrant for a residence in the 100 Block of E. South St. OFC Geiser had been investigating a Commercial Burglary which had occurred at Tuscany Design located on S. Carroll St. The Burglary had occurred on 03-26-14. Through some follow-up investigation and other leads, OFC Geiser was able to obtain a Search and Seizure Warrant for a residence located at 101 E. South St. Upon execution of the Search and Seizure Warrant, the merchandise stolen from the Burglary was located. The resident of the apartment was not home at the time of the Search and Seizure Warrant. The identity of the suspect/resident in this investigation is not being released until he can be contacted by the investigating officer. Felony charges are pending.
