Call for Exhibitors: 2014 Frederick Procurement Fair

Frederick, MD -- Exhibitor registration is now open for the 2014 Frederick Procurement Fair. The Fair will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd at the Frederick Community College Conference Center from 8:30–
11:30 AM. Exhibitor space is available for mid-to-large size companies (more than 75 employees) with opportunities in purchasing, procurement and contracting goods and services. If your company or agency is looking for a way to connect with local Frederick-area vendors, suppliers, and contractors, call 301-600-6360 or email today. Exhibitor registration closes May 20th.

Hosted by The City of Frederick Department of Economic Development and Frederick County Business Development and Retention Department, the 2014 Frederick Procurement Fair presents a convenient venue for exhibitors – government agencies and major employers in Frederick County – to connect with local small businesses regarding upcoming purchasing and procurement opportunities. There is no cost to exhibit.

A new opportunity this year allows for service providers to exhibit alongside major employers. If you provide services such as advertising, banking, consulting, marketing, or legal services and would like to connect with local small businesses, let us know! Call 301-600-6360. Space is limited!

Last year, over 200 local small businesses attended to learn about purchasing and procurement opportunities with 14 of Frederick’s largest companies and government agencies. Exhibitors included The City of Frederick Government, Frederick County Government, Frederick County Public Schools, Leidos Biomedical (formerly SAIC-Frederick), Lonza, Hood College and more.

Attendee registration is not yet open. Save the date and look for more information on attendee registration in May!

DED is a full-service economic development department of The City of Frederick with the mission to create economic opportunity in the City through job creation, revitalization and reinvestment. To learn more visit or call at 301-600-6360.
