Frederick Police Department detectives charge female involved in theft from 89 year old victim...
On 2/13/14, the Frederick Police Department was notified by the Department of Aging of a theft allegation involving an elderly Frederick City resident. The 89 year old victim alleged she had been a victim of theft by a female acquaintance. The acquaintance also helped take care of the victim. The items stolen were cash and approximately $350 in gift cards. Det. Sean McKinney, of the Frederick Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, was assigned as the lead investigator.
Through the course of the investigation, Det. McKinney determined the suspect, Nasrin Khodadjou, had taken approximately five gift cards from the victim, on or about 12/14/13- 12/20/13, and used them at various locations without the victim’s consent or knowledge.
A criminal summons was issued for the suspect on 3/26/14 and served on 4/1/14. The suspect is identified as:

The suspect is charged with five counts of theft less than $1,000. There is no booking photo available for the suspect due to a summons being issued in this case.
