CR #14-012812 Police make arrest for Prescription Fraud at Walgreens.
On 2/21/14 at 6:02pm Officers responded to Walgreens on Opossumtown Pike for a complaint of prescription fraud. The Walgreens' pharmacist identified a female who passed a fraudulent prescription earlier in the day and was back with another. The Pharmacy confirmed with the doctor that the prescriptions were fraud. Officers located and identified the suspect as Debra J. Crouse. Through his investigation, OFC Gunder learned that Crouse had been passing fraudulent prescriptions on fraudulent prescription paper since January 2014. Debra Crouse was taken to Frederick County Adult Detention Center for charges.

Obtaining Oxycodone by forging a prescription
Knowingly and fraudulently obtaining goods to wit: Oxycodone by means of counterfeited documents
Pass a counterfeited prescription for Oxycodone, knowing it to be falsely made, altered, forged and counterfeited.
