Who should I call? Please keep the following information on file.

TREES DOWN – City of Frederick:
Please contact DPW If there are tree or limbs that are across or impeding the roadway - DPW 24/7/365 301-600-1440. Please be advised that crews are working diligently and responding to over 100 reports of trees down in the roadways.

If you are experiencing a power outage please report it to your power company – DO NOT assume your neighbors already have. If you have First Energy call 800-686-0011 or you can go online to Do not call 911 to report outages unless it is a life, death or safety issue (live lines across the road, etc.).
