Frederick, Maryland-- 10/15/2013 at approximately 2122 hours, the Frederick Police Department was in observation of the 400 Block of W. South Street near the Westerleigh Apartments.
Frederick, Maryland-- 10/15/2013 at approximately 2122 hours, the Frederick Police Department was in observation of the 400 Block of W. South Street near the Westerleigh Apartments. While observing the area, CPL Donovan observed a male, identified as Tijay Dion Harper Dorsey B/M 18 engaged in rolling a marijuana cigarette. OFC Kevin Meyer responded and arrested Tijay Dion Harper Dorsey. The marijuana cigarette was recovered by OFC Meyer. Tijay Dion Harper Dorsey was then issued a Criminal Summons for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and released at the scene.
