On 06/13/2012, OFC. Anderson observed a vehicle traveling on Mullinix Alley. OFC. Anderson conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle for operating vehicle while wearing headphones. Upon stopping the vehicle he made contact with the driver who was identified as a Marques Ervin Horton 03/24/1985. A routine license check revealed that Mr. Horton license was suspended. Further investigation utilizing a K-9 sniff of the vehicle gave a positive alert. A search of the vehicle resulted in locating Marijuana and PCP within the vehicle. The other passenger of the vehicle was identified as a Levon Duval Hallenbeck Sr.
Both Mr. Horton and Mr Hallenbeck were subsequently arrested and transported to Frederick County Adult Detention Center without incident.
