Frederick Police Department detectives investigate shots fired incident...
On 5/18/2013, at approximately 0200 hours, Frederick Police officers responded to the area of All Saints St. and S. Court St. for the report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers located several disorderly subjects in the area; however, no victim was located from the shots fired call. Patrol officers arrested, Michael Lee Weedon (B/M, DOB: 09/01/1981), of the 1800 block of Murdock Ct., for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing and hindering an investigation. Weedon’s involvement in the shots fired call is unknown at this time.
On 5/20/2013, detectives with the Frederick Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division were conducting a follow up investigation into the shots fired incident above. Detectives located evidence near Carroll Creek, and are continuing to canvass the area. Detectives have also enlisted the assistance of the Frederick County Division of Fire and Rescue Services Dive Team in an attempt to locate any evidence that may be in Carroll Creek.
