On Monday December 19, 2011 at approximately 1956 hours Officer Anderson of the Frederick Police Department located a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Frederick High School while working an off duty assignment. As OFC Anderson approached the vehicle he immediately detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officer Clark arrived on scene at this point. Officers saw visible smoke coming from the vehicle, as windows were cracked open. Officers contacted the occupants and removed them from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded a metal grinder along with marijuana in the console. The three occupants were arrested. A search incident to arrest yielded an additional quantity of suspected marijuana on one of the subjects, who was later identified as Johnson, Marcus Bryan. Another female in the vehicle, later identified as Rogers, Rodneisha Ikea, was placed under arrest as well. The third occupant, a juvenile, was also charged during the incident and released to the custody of her guardians. Rogers and Johnson were transported to central booking where they were awaiting a hearing before a district court commissioner.
