INCIDENT/ INFORMATION: On 12/15/2011 at approximately 1935 hours Frederick Police Department responded to 100 blk. Key Parkway for a suspicious person attempting to gain entry into a residence. Officer Dodson was the first to arrive on scene and took up a point of observation. Officer Dodson observed a B/M open the back door and flee on foot, jumping a fence into a neighbor’s yard. The suspect was located and taken into custody without incident.
