On today's date the Frederick Police Department charged 4 juveniles in reference to a fight
On Sunday April 7, 2013 at approximately 2017 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Colonial Way for the report of a fight involving a large group of juveniles. Upon arrival officers of the Frederick Police Department discovered that two groups of juveniles were involved in a fight in that area. The number of juveniles involved was approximately 10-15. During the course of the fight it was determined that two juveniles were struck with baseball bats. As a result of the fight three juveniles were transported to FMH with minor injuries. All of the involved parties in the altercation were juveniles. Through the course of the investigation, charges were placed against 4 juveniles for their involvement. Due to the fact that the suspects were all juveniles, all identifying information is being withheld. Below are the charges placed against the juveniles in this incident. The case has been forwarded to the Department of Juvenile Services for further action.
