[ARCHIVED] Indecent exposure leads to arrest

Frederick Police arrest male suspect after he exposes himself to a female passerby.

On 04/05/2013 at approximately 11:27 PM officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to the 900 block of West 7th Street for a reported Indecent Exposure. The female caller stated a male passerby pulled up next to her vehicle and exposed his buttocks to her; he then followed her and continued this action. The female called police and followed the suspect until he was apprehended. The suspect was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

The suspect name and charge are as follows:

Henry Joseph Breen (W/M, 09/27/1991)
400 block of Sherman Ave, Frederick MD
