[ARCHIVED] Frederick Police respond to the 200 Blk of Dill Avenue for an Indecent Exposure Call. 13-020088

The Frederick Police Department responded to the 200 Blk of Dill Avenue for a report of a male walking along the street exposing his genitals. NAC 6

On today's date, 04-01-13, at approximately 1312 hours, the Frederick Police Department received a complaint regarding a black male walking along the 200 block of Dill Avenue exposing his genitals. The black male was described as 5-6, 160 lbs wearing a black jacket with gray hooded sweatshirt underneath and black pants. It was reported he was walking along the street exposing himself to other pedestrians. Officers arrived in the area but were unable to locate the subject. On yesterday's date, the Frederick Polcie Department responded to a similar report of a male exposing his genitals while in Baker Park in the walk thru under College Ave. That male however was described as a white male. He was also not located. It is uncertain whether there is a connection between the two incidents or if perhaps the description of the suspect in one or the other may have been mistakenly described with the incorrect race.

The Frederick Police Department is asking anyone who may observe a similar incident to immediately contact the Frederick Police Department at 301-600-2102 to have the police respond. At this time, it has not been reported that either male made attempts to make contact with anyone. Anyone with information regarding either incident are requested to contact Officer A. Alger with the Frederick Police Department immediately at 301-600-7551. Anonymous information can be left at 301-600-TIPS (8477).
