[ARCHIVED] Directed Patrol Unit Arrest Disorderly Subject Downtown

On 02/23/2013 at around 1506hrs, Direct Patrol Unit officers on foot downtown had occasion to deal with a subject who was identified as a Larry James Green several times in several different locations within the south end of downtown. Mr. Green was extremely loud and yelling during these occasions, when the officer were dealing with him. He was asked by several officers to lower his voice each time that they dealt with him. Officers finally dealt with him in the 100 blk of S. Market St. where he was again told to lower his voice and stop yelling. He continued to yell and was trying to incite two other subjects. After failing to obey OFC. Anderson’s order to lower his voice he was placed under arrest and was then transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
